Safety Sofia is the owner of Lookout Mountain Self Defense, located in Golden.  She is a Nationally Certified Jane Jitsu Core Instructor, a Licensee with PlayItSafe Defense Strategies for Women and Children, and is a partner with Damsel in Defense, a company dedicated to equipping, empowering, and educating women with self-defense tools. Sofia has a passion for safety and believes no individual should ever feel vulnerable. Sofia has been in the self-defense industry for 12 years.
