The Northern Colorado Rental Housing Association (NoCoRHA) 

is a 501c(6) non-profit rental housing trade organization. We are rental property professionals that provide housing to renters in Larimer County Colorado. Our organization partners with industry suppliers to provide various networking and educational opportunities to our members. In addition to networking and education we advocate legislatively for our members at a local, state and national level.

As an affiliate of the Colorado Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association your membership in NoCoRHA gives you access to 3(three) organizations in one.

NoCoRHA includes a diverse membership consisting of private owners, investors, professional property managers, on-site personnel, real estate agents, CSU Housing and supplier partners that provide housing goods and service.
