Rommel Anacan (Roe-mel Ana-kin) is obsessed about helping people create relationships that increase their influence, impact and income. He brings this passion and energy to events of all types and he has helped people worldwide harness the power of human connection so that they can achieve the success they desire.

Rommel has given keynotes and presented at world-class conferences around the world. He has also spoken for leading companies and organizations in a variety of industries including Yardi Systems, Sabra Foods, Lincoln Military Housing, Fogelman Management, Bainbridge, Camden Property Trust, Flir Systems, IREM, Ellis Partners, Apartment SEO, Building Industry Association, Lincoln Property Company, Building Owners and Management Association, Atlantic-Pacific Companies, Bainbridge, Manufacturers and Food Service Industry, Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the National Apartment Association, the UK Apartment Association and many more.

Rommel is the creator and lead coach for the Multifamily Mastery Academy™; an on-demand professional development e-course library, designed specifically for multifamily housing professionals. He is also the author of the e-book Lease It All-The Essential Multifamily Sales and Leasing Handbook. In 2017 Rommel became a member of the famed Apartment All-Stars team.

When not speaking around the country Rommel loves spending time with his family in Southern California, serves as an ordained minister in his local church, sits on the board of Briers to Myrtles Ministries, volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol-U.S. Air Force Auxiliary and loves watching Hallmark movies. With 15 years of property management experience, Stephanie Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge specializing in revenue management, creative marketing and employee development. She was NAAEI’s 2015 Designate of the Year and CAM of the Year in 2013. She is a powerhouse speaker that shares her industry knowledge, motivates professionals to greater success and disrupts status quo with out of the box ideas and trends.  She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she majored in English Literature and Women’s Studies. She holds a Virginia Real Estate License and is certified as a National Instructor for NAAEI.


NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER (2020-2021)

AFFECTING RENT DEMANDS

AAMD / CAA Members,


The Governor has issued Executive Order 2020-202 again affecting rent demands. 

The Executive Order as two practical effects:

First, it requires that all rent demands include a copy of this five-page CDC order as well as this two-page Declaration form

There is no requirement that you provide either of these documents to the resident prior to serving a rent demand nor is there any requirement that you re-serve these documents with the rent demand if you’ve already provided them to the resident (which we know some of you have).

Additionally, the Executive Order extends the requirement of the use of the 30-day rent demand.
