Every human interaction is a chance to inspire others and set an example to practice my formula for true contentment: Push through fear, Connect with others, Expect good things to happen, Recognize opportunity, and Jump in! After people hear me speak, they will be activated to take more chances, more leaps of faith, and have a more adventurous, successful, and fulfilling life, because my talk will teach and motivate them to recognize opportunities and push through their fears!

Lisa has professionally spoken for over 15 years, developing and leading remote and in-person training workshops, webinars, industry events, recruiting events, and certification courses. She practices audacious authenticity and enjoys human connection with the intent of helping others and herself! 

Her background includes over 25 years experience in the Multi-Family Housing industry in sales and marketing, consulting, management, training, speaking, staffing, and recruiting roles.

She has served on the board of directors for NoCoRHA and AAMD, as well as facilitated NAA certification courses as a National Apartment Association Education Institute Faculty Member.  

She was awarded the Jack Luscombe “Pay it Forward” award in 2019 in honor of her contributions to the apartment industry and the “Most Outstanding Sales Professional” award at the 2015 AAMD Tributes.
