Case's focus on developing a skilled, well-trained mitigation team — built on clear communication and attention to detail — gives him a hands-on approach to operational excellence across projects of every size. His commitment to doing right by clients has earned lasting relationships built on trust.

Tyson- With over 21 years of industry experience, Tyson brings exceptional expertise and leadership to Spyder Environmental, a department of Spyder Construction. He provides strategic direction and oversight for all environmental projects, ensuring they are executed with

precision and efficiency. Tyson's extensive background and business acumen enable him to deliver high-value projects that consistently exceed client expectations, while his commitment to excellence fosters strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Wade Leach is a Business Development Specialist at Spyder Construction who joined the team right after graduating from Colorado Mesa University with a business degree and concentration in Land and Energy Management. While still new to the construction industry, Wade brings genuine passion and a drive to keep learning every day, and cares deeply about protecting people's properties and being there for them when it matters most. He's excited to be building his career in an industry where he knows he can make a real difference, both on the job and in the community he serves. Outside of work, he's an avid fly fisherman who spends his free time in the mountains with his dog, chasing down any lake or river he can find. Today, he's honored to introduce his two co-workers, who will be leading the presentation.
