Housing Partners of Larimer is a county-wide initiative dedicated to supporting local rental property owners in maintaining profitable rental properties while providing safe, stable housing for those who need it most. Our goal is to create win-win solutions: landlords gain access to financial benefits and dedicated support staff, while also contributing to addressing the region’s housing shortage. To minimize risk, we collaborate with trusted agency partners who ensure sustainability for both tenants and landlords.

As a collective of property owners, managers, real estate agents, and developers committed to affordable housing, Housing Partners of Larimer works alongside community service providers to support households facing the greatest barriers to housing access.

With a deep commitment to community-oriented work and a focus on social impact, I guide clients through complex housing processes with empathy and support, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. My experience spans both one-on-one counseling and large-scale project management, allowing me to approach housing challenges from multiple angles. Whether helping clients navigate affordable housing options or offering strategic guidance to homeowners, I strive to create lasting change that positively impacts individuals and communities alike. A proud Front Range gal, I love spending time exploring Larimer County and playing with my dog, Biscuit.
