Economic Forecast Brandon Wells Brandon Wells has served as the President/CEO of employee-owned The Group Real Estate since January 2018. He was brought to Northern Colorado as The Group’s first Chief Technology officer in 2014. In 2019 Brandon also took over as President/CEO for Group Financial Partners which controls the ancillary businesses of mortgage, title, and property management. After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, he worked for a brokerage in Albuquerque for 10 years, working his way up from sales associate to Sales Manager and was the Director of Web Services and Operations when The Group recruited him. Wells goal is to ensure real estate will see the benefit of efficiency through technology while not losing its roots as a deeply relationship oriented business; The Group works to constantly improve its systems and provide services that save time and energy while simplifying the customer’s transaction.
