HOUSING CATALYST Traci McGraw is the Director of Rental Assistance Programs for Housing Catalyst. Housing Catalyst administers more than $18 million in rental assistance to local families each year through programs like Housing Choice Vouchers, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing, and Foster Youth to Independence. Traci led Housing Catalyst’s efforts to join HUD’s Moving To Work (MTW) demonstration program. Her team is currently working to expand housing opportunities for voucher holders through strategic landlord incentives. Rachel Gaisford is the Communications Manager for Housing Catalyst. She works to build community support for affordable housing and expand awareness of Housing Catalyst’s services. Through public information, engagement, collaboration, and advocacy, Rachel hopes to raise awareness of housing issues and amplify evidence that housing is a key component of a strong, stable region.
