Pete Muccio

Pete is a Senior Associate Attorney with Tschetter Sulzer, practicing in the area of landlord representation since 2003.  Pete’s practice encompasses a wide range of issues, with a heavy emphasis on litigation arising out of landlord tenant disputes. 

Pete has long been active in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and has been elected to the Board of Directors since 2021.   Since 2020 Pete has served on the advisory Board of the CLLC.  In addition to working behind the scenes on legislation, Pete regularly testifies on behalf of landlords.

What you really need to know about Pete is that he is competitive. He has been a runner since age 4, and he is still running. He also enjoys a wide variety of other activities that Colorado has to offer poker, hiking, skiing, and a struggling golfer. He is not a Colorado native, but he has embraced the Colorado lifestyle since 1999.
